Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Ensuring the operation and availability of ServiceNow according to the Service Level • Continuous further development and optimization of the existing ServiceNow solutions • Regular consultations with the platform and process owners as well as managers to develop suitable solutions for different needs and goals • Operational control, coordination, and communication with the external implementation partner and external service providers • Support for the service owners and catalog editors according to the technical possibilities • Planning, checking, testing, and implementing release upgrades in ServiceNow • Implementation of various strategically important projects, where the user experience is always the focus Your profile • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT application operations and want to specialize in the area of ServiceNow • You see your strengths and development goals in being able to optimize processes in IT using workflows • You are able to develop solutions holistically, are very quick to learn, and recognize connections quickly • You enjoy communicating with customers and have a confident appearance • You plan your tasks sensibly, prioritize them consistently, and thereby ensure the guaranteed services • You are a team player, like to take on responsibility, and are characterized by a strong customer orientation • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
