What you can achieve • You are responsible for managing our project portfolio management • You support the marketing team through the use and further development of innovation tools and methods. In doing so, you also lead workshops • You manage market research in the innovation context with the internal market research department and derive relevant consumer and market insights. • You lead operational and strategic marketing projects with a focus on growth, processes, and efficiency. • You support the strategy and planning processes in Marketing Switzerland. • You develop concepts and decision-making bases for important strategic issues. • You lead and develop a team of two employees What you bring with you • Management, innovation management, or in a comparable marketing function. • You have a completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field of study. • You have experience in leading strategic projects and in working with different stakeholders. • You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good intuition for consumers and market trends. • You have leadership experience or the motivation to successfully develop a small team. • You work proactively, entrepreneurially, and in a solution-oriented manner. • You have very good German and English skills. • You have several years of experience in Brand or Product Management, project portfolio.
