What you can achieve. • You monitor the transport services in the Bern, Burgdorf and Berner Oberland area. • For the needs of our customers in the pickup service, you are the central contact person. • You record scheduling orders according to customer needs and plan the necessary transport resources according to business principles. • With an active flow of information, you ensure partnership-based communication with our carriers, the employees, and our customers. • You also ensure the correct billing of the transport services. • You like to actively contribute new ideas and perspectives, thereby supporting the further development of transport. What you bring with you. • You have training as a dispatcher, an equivalent training or further training in logistics. • You have been able to successfully use your knowledge of logistics processes for several years. • Process-oriented thinking and acting characterize you and you like to take an active lead. • You live a business-oriented mindset and show a strong customer orientation. • You enjoy working with IT systems. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Any further national language is an advantage.
