Team Leader Transshipment Early Shift (m/f/d)

What you move: • You lead a team of 7-12 employees and motivate them to do their best every day • You carefully check and inspect the delivered goods and ensure that everything is correct • You sort packages efficiently and carefully according to predefined processes • Correct scanning of shipments in the system as well as ensuring seamless recording • You ensure that the goods are loaded onto the correct vehicle safely and quickly. Chaos? Not with you! • You primarily move the goods from A to B using industrial trucks • You are responsible for a smooth process and a clean and orderly transshipment of goods Why you will succeed: • Working at night is exactly your thing? Perfect! (Working hours from 01:00-09:00) • You are already a proud holder of a forklift license • You are proficient in German - both spoken and written • As a team-oriented personality, you bring initial leadership experience or are eager to take on responsibility
