We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER at 100% (M/F) - FIXED # Your mission: For our client, a major player in its field of activity and based in central Valais, we are looking for its future: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER at 100% (M/F) - FIXED As Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance activities of an industrial site in order to guarantee the availability, reliability, and performance of the equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost requirements. Main responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians. ?? Organize and supervise the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the installations. Monitor performance indicators (KPI): availability rate, maintenance costs, etc. ? Guarantee the continuity and reliability of production equipment. Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and improvement actions in order to reduce downtime and recurrences. Develop and optimize maintenance plans and the intervention schedule. Manage the maintenance budget, investments, and spare parts management. Manage service providers and subcontractors, from consultation to the monitoring of interventions. Participate in industrial projects: installation of new equipment, line modifications, process improvement, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards. Deploy a continuous improvement approach and contribute to the digitalization of maintenance (CMMS, data monitoring, condition-based maintenance). Objective: transform maintenance from an essentially reactive role into a true lever of industrial performance, by improving equipment availability, employee safety, and cost control. Your profile: Profile sought: ? Leadership, analytical capacity, team spirit, and results orientation. ? Solid technical culture in mechanics, electricity, automation and/or electromechanics, with confirmed experience in a demanding industrial environment.
