You are the first point of contact for companies and employers. You are responsible for finding trial days, internships as well as training positions and jobs on the primary labor market. You coordinate professional integration in collaboration with the social workers responsible for the cases in the Case Management Intégration (CMI) sector. You are responsible for administration, controlling and reporting in accordance with instructions. You are actively involved in the development of the "Placement and coaching" sector and work in working groups. Your profile You have completed vocational training, ideally supplemented by continuing education in the fields of recruitment, coaching or professional integration. You have several years of experience in personnel placement, recruitment or the development and maintenance of relations with companies. You know the regional labor market as well as the needs of employers and quickly identify suitable placement opportunities. You ideally have an established network of employers in the Bernese Seeland and Jura region. You benefit from solid experience in acquiring jobs, internships and training positions as well as in the successful placement of candidates with employers. You ideally have experience in the field of professional integration and/or asylum and refugees. You possess excellent knowledge of French (minimum C1 level) as well as good knowledge of German (B1 level). You distinguish yourself by excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional presentation as well as a strong customer and service orientation. You work in an autonomous, structured and proactive manner, assume your responsibilities and enjoy maintaining lasting relationships with companies and various partners.
