What you can achieve <br /> • You develop and lead a hybrid sales team of up to ten employees -- with experienced sales consultants in the field as well as new remote sales consultants. • You actively help build the remote sales channel in the East region, from initial recruitment through the digital infrastructure to operational team leadership. • Together with your team, you achieve sales targets and ensure high consultation quality. • You plan physical as well as digital sales strategies and market activities that are successful and achieve impact. • Through accompaniment visits and interview evaluations, you strengthen the quality and development of your team. <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • a commercial basic education with further training in sales or business administration • several years of leadership experience in sales with demonstrable successes -- ideally in the health insurance sector • a strong affinity for digital sales channels (telesales, online consultation, CRM-supported control) and openness to new things • enjoyment in promoting employees in a hybrid working environment with a clear result orientation • excellent German skills; good French skills are a plus <br /> Your benefits <br /> Work and holidays • 40-hour week and flexible working hours • Home office possibilities • 25 vacation days, from age 50, 30 days • 24. & 31.
