• 26 June 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Martigny In order to strengthen our team of poolists for various establishments in the canton of VALAIS, we are looking for several Poolists - Health Auxiliaries CRS / Nursing Assistants in EMS #### Poolists - Health Auxiliary CRS / Nursing Assistant in EMS / CMS M/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION On these missions of Health Auxiliaries CRS / Nursing Assistants in EMS #### • You join our proactive team and are delegated to different medico-social establishments (EMS). • You dispense basic care (toileting, meal assistance, nursing-). • Under the responsibility of a nurse, you accompany the beneficiaries in the acts of daily life, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. • Punctual missions (or long durations). • Available between 50 and 100% EXPECTED PROFILE You imperatively benefit from a 120-hour Health Auxiliary CRS training or a Nursing Assistant diploma. Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and flexibility (day/evening schedules, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are able to put your skills at the service of the beneficiaries, families, and loved ones, have very good stress management, and show empathy. A good command of written French is required.
