What you move You take over the strategic and operational overall responsibility for the low-code platform Lobster Data World and develop it in a targeted manner You initiate, plan and control demanding IT projects in the field of Data Integration while complying with time, quality and financial requirements As a central contact person, you coordinate the departments involved, develop strategic solution concepts and ensure a smooth integration of processes and systems You create project presentations and documentation as well as leading meetings and workshops and working with operational and administrative systems You lead interdisciplinary project teams and employees technically and personally with a cooperative, transparent and goal-oriented leadership style In addition, you promote the development of your employees, coordinate personnel matters with HR and manage the area assigned to you economically and responsibly Why you succeed A completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification, for example a degree in computer science or business administration, forms your professional basis You also bring several years of professional experience in supply chain management and in IT, as well as ideally experience with the Lobster platform Thanks to your leadership experience, you succeed in leading, promoting and developing employees in an appreciative, clear and goal-oriented manner A strong service mindset and a consistent orientation towards the needs of internal and external customers characterize you Your way of working is goal-oriented, careful and independent.
