October 2026 Job description We are looking for a qualified group leader (100%) to strengthen our team from 01.10.2025 or by agreement.   Irchelkrippe is a private institution subsidized by the City of Zurich. Approximately 80 children from 3 months of age until school entry are cared for each week in four mixed-age groups and one private all-day kindergarten. Irchelkrippe is located in a quiet location with a large garden and is easily accessible by public transport. Your tasks: Responsibility for leading a children's group Promotion of the independence and self-experience of the children Creation of a positive and cozy atmosphere Implementation of the nursery's pedagogical concept Close cooperation with parents and the team Planning and implementation of activities and projects Observation and documentation of the children's development Promotion of the children's social skills Participation in team meetings and further training Assistance with apprentice training Your  profile: Completed training as a specialist in childcare (FaBe-K EFZ) Vocational trainer Experience as a group leader would be an advantage Commitment, reliability and ability to work in a team Joy in working with children and their promotion Joy in working in nature Committed, reliable, humorous, empathetic and stress-resistant with creative ideas.
