• 01 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Penthaz As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Shell Construction Project Manager for a masonry company, for the management of a team of site managers and the project monitoring of renovation - transformation - new construction in the cantons of Vaud and Genève. Shell Construction Project Manager • EPF, HES civil engineer degree, equivalent or ES Technician or equivalent. • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in shell construction project management in Switzerland in a similar position. • Excellent mastery of SIA standards and usual software. • You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit and listen to your teams. • Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. • Rigor, analytical spirit and solution-oriented. • Pilot and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public or industrial buildings). • Coordinate studies via consultants and internal service • Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. • Lead a team of shell construction site managers (technical support, project oversight, monitoring the development of the teams' technical skills). • Coordination of external partners, and link with clients. • Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, standards monitoring).
