Telematics Technician

To strengthen our teams at the Villars-sur-Glâne (FR) site, we are looking for a: Telematics Technician Your missions: Deploy, evolve and maintain telecommunications systems (3CX, MS Teams, Mitel) Lead migration and commissioning projects autonomously, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Deploy, evolve and maintain network equipment and IPTV solutions Participate in the support rotation (malfunctions and modifications), remotely and on-site Support pre-sales by identifying and analyzing specific client needs in telematics Participate in the management, optimization and evolution of client infrastructures Your profile: CFC as a telematics technician with skills in networks, or training/experience deemed equivalent Proven experience in the ICT field, ideally within a service company Solid understanding of VoIP environments and IP telephony infrastructures Microsoft 365, Teams, 3CX or Mitel certifications are an asset Service-oriented, you are comfortable in contact with customers and partners Responsible and autonomous, you demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a keen sense of organization Holder of a driving license (cat. B), you intervene regularly with our clients in French-speaking Switzerland Ability to collaborate and evolve within a team Excellent command of French, with good knowledge of technical English; German is an asset.
