Insurance Consultant (f/m/x), 80-100%, Lugano / hybrid Your mission: Professional and personalized consultation to customers in the field of health insurance Analysis of customer needs and identification of the most suitable insurance solutions, guaranteeing a high-quality service Management and consolidation of relationships with business partners, ensuring effective management of incoming and outgoing leads Active collaboration with the team, sharing expertise and contributing to the achievement of common goals Constantly expanding one's network of contacts through recommendations, networking, and building trust relationships with customers and partners Why you are the right person for this job: You have successfully completed commercial training and possess the AFA certificate; furthermore, you have experience in insurance consultancy, preferably in the health insurance sector You reside in Ticino and have a solid network of contacts in the territory, which represents an important strength for the development of commercial activity You like working in a team and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals, without giving up your operational autonomy, and you demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong customer orientation In addition to being an autonomous, responsible, and goal-oriented person, capable of organizing your work with initiative, you are familiar with digital tools, CRM systems, and the main IT applications used in consultancy You are distinguished by excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and a natural predisposition to create and consolidate trust relationships with customers and partners You have an excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language constitutes an added value What we offer you as an employer: With approximately 900,000 customers, Sanitas is one of the largest health insurers in Switzerland.
