Maintenance Specialist Production Maintenance # (m/w/d) freelance/in temporary employment for a project Zug Start date: immediately Reference number: 880283/1 Tasks ### • Maintenance & repair: You carry out planned activities, preventive/corrective maintenance work as well as calibrations on fully and semi-automatic systems as well as on robot and laboratory equipment • Process integrity and documentation: GMP-compliant documentation of all maintenance and modification work, you are responsible for adapting documents for operation (e.g. work instructions, maintenance instructions) • Digitalization and optimization: Active promotion of the digitalization of maintenance and identification of optimization potential to question existing thought patterns and create new perspectives • Shaping the future (Industry 4.0): Make systems smart and help become even more digital and predict disturbances before they occur (Predictive Maintenance) • Coordination and planning: Coordination of spare parts procurement and planning of maintenance windows in consultation with production and external service providers • Troubleshooting (approx. 30%): You are the rescuer in need and provide first- and second-level support in the event of a malfunction directly on production and automation systems • GMP compliance: You take responsibility for the lifecycle of the systems and document GMP-compliant Profile ### • Completed vocational training, technician or bachelor's degree in the field of maintenance, process technology, automation (e.g. automation technician EFZ, mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer) or equivalent • Profound professional experience in the field of demanding production or automation as well as solid practice in technical support • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to quickly analyze and solve complex technical problems on automated production systems • GMP mindset: You know the importance of seamless documentation in regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, medical technology, aviation or automotive), you have practical experience in creating guided documents • Fluent German in word and writing for exact documentation, English in word and writing level B2 is an advantage • Mastery of SPS (Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar) and/or programming experience in SPS is an advantage • Experience with process control systems and the connection of systems in the I4.0 environment is an advantage • Solid knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering and routine handling of ERP systems (such as SAP) for digital maintenance planning is an advantage Benefits ### • Varied activity in a renowned company • Look forward to working in an international environment
