Purchasing Specialist as HEAD OF PROCUREMENT (f/m) Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the purchasing department to ensure optimal procurement conditions, high product availability, and sustainable gross margin development Personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of a team of around 10 specialists as well as their promotion and development Management and further development of the purchasing organization as well as continuous optimization of processes and supplier structures Coordination of all supplier commercial agreements including their evaluation, internal statistics, analyses, and decision bases Interdisciplinary cooperation in cross-departmental projects, participation in the extended management team, and close exchange with the direct supervisor (CEO) and other specialist departments (especially Product Management, Quality Management) Your profile: Sound basic and/or advanced training in the supply chain and/or procurement field and/or equivalent business administration training Many years of purchasing and leadership experience in an industrial and/or technical environment with international company networking and advantageously in a retail or trading environment Sustainable track record as a procurement specialist in a process- and/or project-oriented environment in the fields of purchasing, supply chain, product marketing, etc. Perfect German in spoken and written form, good English skills are mandatory, resident in the working region, age from 30/35, entry by arrangement Negotiation skills, analytical skills, numerical understanding, assertiveness, leadership strength, social competence, and passion for the task Can I inspire you to take on a decisive role in a well-known, successful, and multicultural company?
