• 28 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Internship • CHF 63-020 - 85-859 /year • French (Elementary) • Route de Saint-Cergue 11 - 1295 Mies, 1295 Mies Within the Fondation La Clairière, the Centre d-Accueil Temporaire (CAT) offers a warm and secure environment intended to support staying at home and the quality of life of elderly people. With a capacity of 9 beneficiaries per day, our small multidisciplinary team implements adapted activities that encourage exchange, stimulation, and the maintenance of abilities while respecting each person's rhythm. To complete our teams, we are looking for an HES / ES Animator - CAT / Sociocultural   Activity rate at 80 %   Your main missions: • Accompany beneficiaries through a global, benevolent approach that respects their rhythm and abilities. • Propose, organize, and lead social, cognitive, cultural, and creative activities in connection with support projects. • Promote the maintenance of autonomy through ADLs and IADLs, including through an adapted sensory approach. • Ensure the physical and psychological safety of beneficiaries, especially during activities and movements. • Prepare and supervise transport between the home and the CAT. • Implement a secure and empowering reception framework. • Collaborate with relatives, the interdisciplinary team, external stakeholders, and local partners. • Contribute to the CAT dynamics through celebrations, events, and activities related to the life of the institution. • Ensure quality handovers, rigorous documentation, and fluid communication within the team.   Your missions in support of the CAT Manager: • Provides support for administrative continuity (mail, file follow-up, IT tasks, invoicing). • Participates in updating certain professional documents (reports, minutes, protocols). • Participates in PODA and OPAS evaluations. • Performs home visits for new admissions. • Maintains contact with families or external partners. • Contributes to the integration of new employees (welcome, presentation of procedures). • Independently ensures the management and implementation of CAT projects (service reorganization, quality, certification, -).   Profile sought: • HES Bachelor or ES diploma in social work. • Experience in CAT, EMS, or support for elderly people desired. • Analytical skills, creativity, sense of initiative, and reflective professional posture. • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, sense of collaboration. • Mastery of spoken and written French, good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sadies). • Driving license mandatory (cat.
