La Fondation << Au Cœur des Grottes >> is a Geneva-based institution specializing in the accommodation and support of women victims of violence or human trafficking, alone or accompanied by their children. Its multidisciplinary team deploys innovative support on educational, social and clinical levels based on a trauma-sensitive approach, taking into account the effects of violence on physical, psychological and social health and its resources. Its action aims to promote the securing, stabilization, reconstruction as well as the development of the empowerment of the women and children welcomed. It accompanies women in all their procedures and offers them support in acts of daily life as well as in the realization of their life project. Socio-educational collaborator / Socio-educational collaborator Activity rate: 80% on CDD, as soon as possible and until August 31, 2027 Your mission: Assume the role of socio-educational reference for women victims of violence: evaluate the impact of trauma on physical and psychological health, then co-construct with each woman a realistic and evolving empowerment project, by identifying and activating her resources. Collaborate in an internal-external interdisciplinary network: create and coordinate, with the beneficiary, a network of partners (medical, legal, social, psychotherapeutic, integration) guaranteeing security, coherence and continuity of follow-up and ensure the circulation of relevant information. Animate a securing and empowering community framework: dynamize collective living spaces (meals, workshops, meetings) to promote mutual aid, parental empowerment and learning of relational non-violence. Identify and regulate tensions, support individual and group resilience and identify emerging needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices: share analyses of situations and feedback from experience during clinical supervisions, off-site days and internal working groups. Initiate or participate in innovative projects to enrich support and violence prevention. Your profile and skills: Bachelor in social work (HETS). 3 years of professional experience in the social field and network work. Knowledge of the Geneva network for aid to victims of violence. Marked interest in the field of domestic violence management and human trafficking as well as in working with people from migration. Extensive personal and social skills. Excellent personal balance, flexibility and adaptability. Resistance to change. Ability to set a framework. Linguistic knowledge: each language spoken fluently in addition to French is an asset.
