IMI Climate Control As one of the business areas of IMI, Climate Control is a global provider of distribution systems and room temperature management. We work closely with our customers to optimize energy efficiency and improve the performance of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) to ensure comfort and reliability in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our comprehensive solutions cover heating, cooling, and hot water systems and address critical areas such as pressure boosting, water quality management, and precise balancing and control. Heating Installer, Sanitary Installer, Service Technician Region Zurich and Winterthur (m/w/d) Your area of responsibility You are responsible for servicing our devices at our customers' sites. You are the contact person on site and help with technical customer inquiries in a competent manner in daily business. With your courteous and solution-oriented manner, you represent the IMI Hydronic Service to our customers. Your tasks Execution of service, revisions, and inspections Fault diagnosis and fault correction in case of malfunctions Responsible for maintenance work, repairs, and commissioning of electrical devices and fittings in heating and cold water systems (Pneumatex / TA) Commissioning of the PNEUMATEX expansion vessels and VENTO venting/deaeration products we manufacture and/or distribute Assistance with internal inspections Support of sales through partially advisory activities with the installer and the end customer Performance of standby duty Your profile Technical training as a sanitary or heating installer, electrician, or similar Good industry knowledge (expansion systems) desired Very good German language skills, good English language skills an advantage Solution-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction Communicative and open personality Team player What we offer you You can expect an exciting, varied, and responsible task High safety standards "Hands-on" mentality with freedom for initiative Comprehensive training in the varied range of tasks A dedicated team that values quality, trust, and teamwork Attractive employment conditions and social benefits Own service vehicle and start of work from home Occupational safety and health protection The physical requirements described in the "Main Tasks" section are necessary to perform the essential tasks of this position.
