Reception/Administration Employee 70-100% For the Tertianum Am Rietpark in Schlieren, we are looking for from 1 September 2026 a   Administration Employee 70-100%   Your tasks • Daily guest administration/guest consulting • Contact person for internal guests and external visitors • Operating the telephone switchboard, reception/front desk • Operational support for the Managing Director • Creation of contract documents • Accounting tasks such as accounts payable posting and invoicing • Administration and ordering of office supplies and printed matter • Assistance and support in the implementation and organization of marketing measures and events Your profile • Completed vocational training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ and several years of professional experience in a comparable function • Very good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS, SAP) • Precise way of working • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
