For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a: GE - Technical Real Estate Manager Your missions: Accompanied by your deputy, you ensure the optimal technical maintenance and enhancement of the buildings/objects under management, in the interest of the owners and for the comfort of the tenants. To do this, you ensure the following missions: Ensure good communication with your deputy, the distribution of the workload, the quality of the work, and the respect of deadlines, Carry out preliminary, entry, and exit inspections, and transmit the information related to these inspections to the assistants for the establishment of work orders, Be the contact person with the concierges, establish their job description and the technical reports of the buildings, Monitor the tenant relationship for technical problems and written complaints, Carry out routine maintenance work and monitor invoicing, Manage damage and maintenance contracts, Establish building budgets, Carry out renovation work for apartments and buildings, Bring objects into compliance with the evolution of legislation. Your profile: You can justify a successful experience in a Swiss management company for at least 5 years and have a good knowledge of building techniques or maintenance, You have a CFC or a commercial maturity or a building technique training and have completed additional training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique), You know how to manage the monitoring of work and damage, With excellent presentation, you are organized and enjoy contact with customers and companies, You are comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel) and have already worked with the Quorum software, You express yourself perfectly in French and have a good knowledge of English, You show initiative and demonstrate very good organization.
