Your field of action You ensure efficient and timely processing of our digital supplier invoices and continuously optimize the workflows. You take care of central tasks in debtor management - from invoicing to warranty applications to dunning. You manage cash management, conduct payment transactions independently and reliably, and support the forward-looking control of our financial processes. You actively work on topics such as digitization, automation, and AI, and bring in ideas for the sensible use of new tools. You contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closures and bring your expertise to where it creates the greatest added value. Your person You have practical experience in finance and accounting and have further educated yourself in this field. You want to improve things instead of just administering them - curiosity for digital tools and new ways of working drive you. You move safely in digital work environments and use modern tools purposefully to make processes more efficient (experience with Abacus is a plus). You work independently, structured, and responsibly, and at the same time appreciate teamwork. You have a secure command of German in word and writing, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
