Metalworker - Project Manager with project responsibility and team leadership

Activity + Assume project responsibility from order acceptance to final handover + Ensure deadlines, costs and quality standards during the project + Coordination and communication with architects, general contractors and planners + Optimize construction, material use as well as workshop, transport and assembly processes in cooperation with partners + Conduct supplier negotiations and create ongoing contract monitoring including supplementary offers • Requirements + Completed training as Metal Construction Designer EFZ or Metalworker EFZ + Professional experience or further training in project management is an advantage + Highly developed organizational skills and team orientation + High flexibility and confident negotiation skills + Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in implementing own ideas • Offer + Diverse and challenging activity in an attractive working environment in Winterthur + Collegial team with open communication and appreciative cooperation + Attractive employment conditions with modern infrastructure
