Reservations Manager (m/w/d) Your GRAND Duties: • Responsibility for the Reservation department • Handling and professional processing of all reservations including group inquiries • Administration and correspondence in German, French and English • Responsibility and operation of the hotel program Protel, Gastronovi and others • Maintaining booking portals, monitoring and adjusting prices as well as maintaining rates and availability in the Channel Manager • Optimization of RevPar, OCC, ADR and revenue • Creation of analyses and reports as well as evaluation of statistics • Ongoing compilation of packages in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing department • Offers and contracts with/partners as well as contacts with tourism organizations and OTA's • Reservation and invoice control • Telephone service • Assistance at the reception and check-in, personal care of hotel guests, check-out • Further development of processes and standards Your GRAND Skills: • You have extensive commercial know-how, a pronounced understanding of numbers, and analytical skills • You have completed training in the hotel and catering industry or a similar training • You have a competent and charming appearance with a well-groomed appearance • You support the team and think entrepreneurially • You have very good German, English and French language skills • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in Switzerland Your GRAND Advantages: • You benefit from worldwide Friends & Family rates • You can use our wellness and fitness area for free in your free time • You receive a reduction on all SPA treatments • You can expect an exciting employee activity program during your free time • We support you in further training, seminars, etc. • In our diverse house, you can expect a varied everyday life • We will help you with your accommodation search Inspired?
