What you achieve ## • You actively support the field service in the entire sales process and thus contribute significantly to the common success. • As a central contact person, you answer technical and professional questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, BVG, as well as pension and asset solutions. • You look after our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with high professional competence and commitment. • With a sense for individual needs, you develop holistic, tailor-made concepts that optimally combine risk, pension, and assets. • Together with the team, you actively help shape market development and sales promotion. • You accompany our apprentices in their professional everyday life and specifically promote their professional and personal development. What you bring ## • Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience at an all-branch insurer. • Sound knowledge in the areas of pension and ideally also asset solutions. • Joy in direct customer contact and a strong service orientation. • Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions. • Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and the relevant specialist departments.
