For the logistics department, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a specialist for Export Clerk (m/f/d) You coordinate the processing of orders as well as the creation of all shipment- and customs-relevant documents from A to Z. As an interface between internal sales, accounting, warehouse and packing, you organize the timely and correct worldwide delivery. You act independently in the disposition of direct deliveries through to the processing of shipment inquiries. You independently create shipping documents, delivery notes, commercial invoices and packing lists and ensure the control of freight and packaging invoices. In your role, you are in close contact with international customers, customs authorities and foreign transport companies and freight forwarders.
