Team Leader Assembly Piece Goods Vehicles 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks: • Technical and personnel leadership of an assembly team with 2–3 employees • Planning and coordination of schedules as well as personnel deployment • Ensuring a smooth material flow in cooperation with the Supply Chain • Active participation in assembly (approx. 60 %), including assembly of components up to complete piece goods vehicles • Execution of final inspections as well as quality controls • Continuous optimization and further development of the assembly and production processes • Weekly reporting to the Department Manager • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline specifications Requirements: • Completed training in the mechanical or manual sector • Several years of experience in a leadership function in a production or assembly environment • Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working • Assertive, responsible, and communicative personality • High quality awareness and strong teamwork skills • Technical understanding as well as enjoyment of practical work in assembly • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
