What you achieve ## • You actively support the field service in the entire sales process and thus contribute to the collective success. • As a central contact person, you answer technical and professional questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and BVG. • You assist our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with great competence and commitment. • With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions. • Together with the team, you actively help shape market development and sales promotion. • You accompany our apprentices in their everyday professional life and specifically promote their technical and personal development. What you bring ## • Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience at an all-branch insurer. • You already have the VBV certificate (all branches) or have the willingness to obtain it. • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation. • Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions. • Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and the relevant specialist departments.
