Personnel, Finance & Digital Development is responsible as a service center for the resources of the Presidential Directorate and the implementation of the municipal digital strategy (Digital Stadt Bern). What you move You build the Digital Enterprise Architecture of the city of Bern and continuously develop it further You develop architecture principles, standards, target images, reference architectures and reusable solution components You coordinate the architectural alignment of city-wide initiatives and accompany their implementation You ensure the consistent integration of data, interfaces, identities, processes and technologies across organizational boundaries You develop foundations for city-wide initiatives such as AGOV, E-ID, IAM, digital identities and digital access solutions You work closely with the specialist departments, strategic programs and projects as well as Informatik Stadt Bern You lead the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) of the city of Bern What you bring University degree (FH or university) in business informatics, informatics, enterprise architecture, business administration or a comparable field of study Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy or the management of complex projects Experience in building and further developing governance, architecture or control models Very good understanding of modern enterprise architecture as well as data, process, integration and identity architectures High conceptual and analytical skills as well as enjoyment of presenting complex relationships in an understandable way Confident appearance towards executives, specialist departments and committees Certifications such as TOGAF, HERMES, ArchiMate or comparable are an advantage Your benefits in Bern For purpose & city life With us, you change something.
