Manager planning and dispatching of railway construction machinery (m/f/d)

What you can set in motion. • In this role, you lead the planning and dispatching team for key resources "construction machinery". You lead the dozen employees reporting to you according to the directives of the specialist unit manager and the SBB management directives. • You are responsible for the planning and scheduling of all machine resources and transport means in the long, medium and short term according to economic principles, with a significant impact on the group's objectives regarding punctuality and customer satisfaction. • Furthermore, you are responsible for contracts and ensure an important interface between companies and internal and external stakeholders. You organize training on contract content and processes. • You monitor the budget and control the services provided to SBB by private companies. • You lead the team at the strategic level and continuously develop planning and dispatching with a view to digitalization. What you bring. • Strong in your persuasiveness and your ability to assert yourself, you communicate in a targeted manner adapted to your internal and external interlocutors. • Possessing initiative and a solution-oriented mindset, you take on responsibilities and organize yourself and your team autonomously in order to implement your tasks in a targeted manner. • Ideally, you have already worked in the railway environment and have several years of experience in personnel management and/or specialist management in a similar position. • You have studied at ES/HES/university level in the technical field and/or in business administration. • You must possess good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications. Furthermore, you have an affinity for IT and are willing to familiarize yourself with unit-specific applications. • You have very good knowledge of German (minimum C1 level) and are able to communicate in French (minimum B1 level).
