Together with internal and external customers, you develop professional system solutions in the field of fastening technology. You design and dimension fastening systems for the areas of anchor technology, structural strengthening, and advise customers regarding detection systems. In doing so, you work closely with our sales engineers and sales consultants in the field and support them with questions regarding applications, technical properties, and performance values of standard products and special productions. In addition, you help with the creation of tenders and offers. At the same time, you process technical customer inquiries directed to you. Expert communication at eye level with planners and decision-makers (engineering offices, construction companies, authorities, associations) is also part of your area of responsibility. As a specialist, you independently conduct internal technical training and support various internal projects.
