Become part of our company as Production Employee / Heating Plant Operator (4-shift, workload 100 %) Your main tasks You ensure the trouble-free operation of the combustion lines as well as other production plants within the production group in continuous operation. Using state-of-the-art process control technology, you monitor and operate the combustion, steam generation, electricity and district heating production, flue gas cleaning, fly ash washing, and the crane systems. You rectify occurring malfunctions, analyze samples necessary for process control, and carry out maintenance, servicing, and cleaning work. What you bring with you You have completed vocational training in a manual trade (preferably basic mechanical or electrical training). You have already completed the federal professional examination to become a Heating Plant Operator or are willing to complete this training later. Ideally, you bring leadership experience and enjoy taking responsibility for a team. Impeccable German skills in speaking and writing are a prerequisite.
