• 21 juillet 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Kloten We are looking for a QHSE Manager 100% (m/f/d) ### Your area of responsibility • Development and implementation of the QHSE strategy on a company-wide scale in close collaboration with general management and European management. • Promotion of a proactive culture of safety, quality, and sustainable development on a Switzerland-wide scale, across all sites, in collaboration with an employee in French-speaking Switzerland. • Ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as internal standards and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP) including recertifications. • Analysis of incidents, driving corrective measures and continuous improvement of QHSE processes. • Advising and supporting managers and establishments on all matters related to QHSE. Your profile • Completed degree in the field of quality management, food safety, environmental management, technical safety, or equivalent training. • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a QHSE/HSEQ leadership role, preferably in gastronomy, hospitality, collective catering, or the food industry. • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards as well as experience with HACCP and food safety standards. • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method with a strong implementation capacity. • Fluent command of German as well as excellent knowledge of French and English. • Availability for travel within Switzerland. • You work from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, either in our attractive service center in Kloten, at home, or directly in our establishments.
