You check, maintain and repair mainly Warema sun protection products directly at the customer's premises (e.g. ZIP awnings, roller shutters and roller blinds). Every day, you drive different customer service deployments - you start from home or from the respective warehouse by company car. In case of malfunctions, you analyze the cause and ensure long-term error correction. Our customers are instructed by you in the handling of the products. With a meaningful documentation, you enable an efficient follow-up processing by our internal service department. You independently maintain your tool and material stocks of your service vehicle. You are fluent in German, spoken and written With a completed technical vocational training or LAP, ideally in the store industry, you have the basic requirement (e.g. Polybauer, mechanic, electrician, etc.). In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience, for example, as a service technician. You have a friendly, confident demeanor in personal contact with customers. You are in possession of a driver's license class 3 or B. An independent, reliable and safety-conscious working method with entrepreneurial thinking is a matter of course for you. With a high problem-solving competence, you can react flexibly even in unexpected situations. You are characterized by a pronounced team and communication ability. Thanks to your willingness to travel throughout Switzerland, you enable efficient deployment planning (mainly Zurich and surroundings). Ideally, your place of residence is in Zurich and surroundings. You are willing to undergo further training in the field of sun protection and control systems. A safe handling of PC and the common MS Office programs completes your profile.
