Our vision is to significantly improve the care of patients with RNDs.* What awaits you ## • Independent project management of clinical studies in the hospital as an interface to sponsors and CRO • GCP-compliant conduct of the study • Care of study participants • Planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of patient visits (incl. infusions, blood draws, sample processing in the laboratory, vital parameters, patient scores, questionnaires, recording ECG, etc.) • Filling out the Case Report Form (CRF), data entry into electronic databases (eCRF) as well as maintenance and quality control of the databases (queries, corrections, etc.) • Preparation and supervision of monitoring visits (on-site monitoring, remote monitoring) • Correspondence with internal and external partners (e.g., sponsor, monitors, laboratory) • Maintenance of study-relevant documents (Investigator Site File, Delegation Log, Training Log, etc.) • Collaboration in compliance with regulatory requirements (SOPs, SAE reports, etc.) What you bring with you ## • Dipl. nursing professional HF/FH (or comparable), preferably with experience in a pediatric environment • CAS Clinical Research Coordinator, or several years of experience as a Study Nurse • Thorough, organized, and independent way of working with high initiative • Empathetic and responsible handling of patients • Team-oriented, reliable personality with a lot of commitment • Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of English and French Our offer ## • Versatile and varied activity with high practical relevance and tangible added value for those affected • Collaboration in a collegial and motivated team • Possibility for professional and personal development, including further qualifications and sharpening of one's own profile • Flexible working hours possible by arrangement Job information ## Location Inselspital, Universitätsspital Organization Medical area Neuro Area University Clinic for Neurology Workload 60 - 100 % Start per 01.09.2026 or by arrangement Fixed-term employment for 6 months with option for extension Reference number 19228 Contract type fixed-term Workplace Inselspital, Universitätsspital Bern Freiburgstrasse, CH-3010 Bern Switzerland
