With our international sales and service network, we offer customized solutions for quality control of tablets and capsules. To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated service technician who will be deployed worldwide, mostly in Europe. About the job Your area of responsibility: • Independent installation, maintenance, repair, and qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) of our systems at customer sites. • Carrying out final inspections on tablet testing devices and accessories • Technical support and consulting for our international customers with complex problems • Training for customers on site and online • Close collaboration with our After-Sales and Support Team to ensure seamless customer support • Support in-house between external deployments, particularly in the assembly and provision of devices, modules, and spare parts Your profile: • Completed training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field (e.g., polymechanics, automation technology) • In-depth experience in maintenance and commissioning of mechanical and electronic systems, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector • Good knowledge of IT, software installation, and mechanical/electronic systems • High degree of willingness to travel, up to 80% - You are willing to be deployed worldwide (mostly in Europe) • Independent, structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking • Enjoy working with people and strong customer orientation • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking • Driver's license class B Our offer: • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely part-time • Individual training opportunities for personal and professional development • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Independent, autonomous work in an international environment • Varied and responsible tasks in a dynamic and collegial team • Modern working tools and equipment
