Our client is a successful industrial company in the Lake Constance / Eastern Switzerland region and part of a globally leading corporate group for responsible packaging solutions. At the modern production site, around 300 committed employees refine aluminium foils and other materials into future-oriented, recyclable packaging materials. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a quality-conscious, reliable and team-oriented personality who has a firm grasp of high-tech technical systems. Machine Operator / Plant Operator (m/w/d) in 3-shift operation Your tasks -Self-dependent setup, commissioning and operation of modern production machines -Continuous monitoring and optimization of setup and production processes according to exact production specifications -Proactive intervention, rectification and reporting of deviations to ensure high quality standards -Close and solution-oriented collaboration with engineering and maintenance in the rapid rectification of malfunctions -Conscientious operational data collection (BDE) and meticulous maintenance of the process control system based on working papers -Engaging and active participation in internal projects as well as in new trial orders -Strict adherence to and exemplary function in all safety regulations in the workplace What you can look forward to -A crisis-proof employment with one of the globally leading providers of responsible and sustainable packaging solutions -The opportunity to make an active contribution to environmental protection through the production of recyclable products -A professional, well-organized working environment where your safety and health are top priority -Collaboration in a team of around 300 colleagues at a modern, easily accessible production site Your profile -Comprehensive professional experience as a machine operator, machine driver or in a comparable industrial production environment -Ideally, you have experience in the areas of printing or coating or have completed training as a printing or media technologist -Unimpaired color vision for precise quality control as well as unrestricted willingness to work in 3-shift operation -A very high level of safety awareness and the self-evident willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) continuously while working -Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form for smooth communication and comprehensive documentation -A high degree of team spirit, self-reliance and stress tolerance combined with a pronounced sense of order and good organizational skills
