In this technician role, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Home & Business customer service of the Bern branch. What you accomplish ## • You carry out various projects in the field of modern alarm and video surveillance systems and actively contribute your ideas. • You install and ensure the follow-up of innovative security solutions at our customers' sites by working with current technologies in the fields of burglary, video, and fire detection. • You install new burglary, video, and fire protection systems, commission them, train customers, and hand over the installations professionally. • You perform maintenance work, restore existing installations, reliably resolve faults, and extend them to guarantee maximum security. You advise and assist our customers competently in all technical matters and inspire confidence. • You work in close collaboration with the project manager and effectively coordinate team projects. • After your integration phase, you responsibly assume on-call duties (approximately 5 to 6 weeks per year). • You enthusiastic our customers with your commitment and ensure their complete satisfaction. • You intervene at our customers' sites throughout Switzerland and are flexible in your travels. In some cases, overnight stays on-site are part of your professional daily life. What you bring ## • With your basic technical training CFC (e.g., installation electrician, automation technician, telematics technician, or similar), you have the ideal foundation. • You use your good knowledge of IT and network technology confidently in your daily work. • You work autonomously, think in a solution-oriented manner, and convince through a reliable and flexible working method that our customers can count on. • Knowledge of a second national language is a valuable asset. • You possess a category B driver's license. • You have a clean criminal record and a clean extract from the debt enforcement register.
