Your mission You take charge of the complete management of large-scale electrical projects, from preparation to reception. As a true conductor, you ensure the coordination of teams, technical, financial and administrative monitoring of construction sites, while guaranteeing the quality of services and respect for deadlines. The sector of activity covers the region between Coppet and Morges, with a strong presence on various and important projects. Your responsibilities Lead medium and large-scale electrical projects. Plan, organize and coordinate human and material resources. Ensure technical, financial and administrative monitoring of mandates. Supervise construction teams and coordinate subcontractors. Maintain relationships with clients, architects, technical offices and partners. Guarantee compliance with standards, deadlines, budgets and quality requirements. Participate in commercial development and customer loyalty. Your profile Ideally holder of a Federal Certificate of Project Manager in installation and safety or equivalent training. Alternatively, holder of a CFC electrician certificate with significant and successful experience in a similar function. Solid experience in project management and team management in Switzerland.
