As Head of Sports, you will strategically develop our Sports Ecosystem - nationally and internationally. You recognize opportunities before others see them, build strong partnerships, and create platforms that allow athletes to grow with our brand. In doing so, you lead our sports team and, together with our Sports Specialist & Athlete Manager, bring strategy and implementation together. What you-ll own *Sports Strategy & Development* • You develop and are responsible for the national and international sports strategy of El Tony Mate and implement it together with the team. • You identify new growth fields, relevant sports, and communities. • You develop our long-term Sports Roadmap and set strategic priorities. • You design new platforms, initiatives, and formats that strengthen the brand in the long term. • As part of a small team, you also help out operationally and implement ideas. *Partnerships & Sports Ecosystem* • You build strategic partnerships, implement them, and develop them further in the long term. • You maintain and expand our network in the national and international sports world. • You recognize new opportunities, assess their potential, and prioritize investments. • You continuously develop our Sports Ecosystem. *Leadership* • You lead our Sports Specialist & Athlete Manager. • You create an environment that promotes individual responsibility, further development, and high performance. • You are a sparring partner for strategic and operational questions. *Athlete Framework* • You strategically develop our Athlete Program. *The operational cooperation and activation of our athletes lies with the Sports Specialist & Athlete Manager.* *Budget & Performance* • You are responsible for the strategic budget planning in the sports area. • You prioritize investments where they achieve the greatest impact. • You define KPIs, measure the success of our activities, and derive concrete measures for the next projects from them. What you bring • You bring several years of experience in Sports Marketing and Sports Business. • You have already built platforms, partnerships, communities, and activations that have a sustainable impact. • You think strategically, but are just as happy to roll up your sleeves and help out. • You take responsibility, make decisions, and drive topics to the goal with drive. • You know how to lead, inspire people, and move forward together. • You move confidently in the sports world and bring a strong network with you. • You have a sense for brands, communities, and sports culture - and recognize opportunities before they become mainstream. • You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment, and set the right priorities. • You communicate at eye level - fluently in German as well as in English. *Nice to have* • Experience in international sports markets. • Experience in the FMCG, beverage, or consumer brand environment. • A network in the areas of Endurance, Outdoor, or Action Sports.
