The Regional Employment Center (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive consulting for job seekers, employers, and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with the measures of unemployment insurance. A timely and permanent placement is the top priority. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Personalberater/in RAV Wil (m/w/d) Workload: 80-100% Workplace: Wil What you can expect • Advising and placing job-seeking individuals • Conducting and documenting consultation interviews • Developing and agreeing on suitable reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers • Collaborating with internal departments (logistics of labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.) • Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse • Completing all administrative tasks related to the activities What sets you apart • Commercial basic training or vocational training with commercial further education • Federal certificate as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake this further education • Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close connection to social insurance • Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with different conversation partners from various social and cultural backgrounds • Flexibility and willingness to possibly work at the RAV locations Wil and Rapperswil What we offer • High independence and personal responsibility after professional training • Various working time models • Workplace within walking distance to the train station • Discounted Ostwind company subscription • Modern infrastructure (open-space office) Ready for the next step?
