CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR QUANTITY SURVEYING

YOUR MAIN TASKS: • Creating quantities: You are responsible for the precise creation of quantities, which serve as the basis for billing our projects. This is not done with block and pencil, but with state-of-the-art 3D software directly from the model or plans • Developing supplementary offers: With your analytical skills, you create detailed supplementary offers to ensure that our projects always remain within the financial framework • Representation and settlement of quantities: You appear confidently in negotiations with construction management and clients and settle your quantities independently. • Submitting payment requests: You ensure that all services rendered are correctly billed and that the corresponding payment requests are submitted in a timely manner. • Inflation settlements: You calculate inflation precisely and create the corresponding invoices for it.
