Creative Client Engagement Manager - Live Events

• 01 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Zurich Team & Mission Verity Studios is the live events branch of Verity, designing and operating drone shows for some of the most ambitious entertainment productions - arena tours, brand activations, broadcast events, and everything in between. This role sits at the creative heart of our growth. You will be the person present where the industry meets, building genuine relationships with the people who design and direct the world's largest shows, and inviting them to discover what is possible with our drones. What you will do • Be in the room. Travel to where premium shows are designed - studios, venues, festivals, key industry moments - and establish authentic relationships with the creative teams shaping them. • Open the creative conversation. When a client has a vision, take them by the hand and walk a few steps with them. Understand what they are truly looking for, spark ideas, and shape them into something both captivating and real. • Lead ideation workshops. Design and facilitate creative sessions with clients and leading creatives to discover what is possible with our drones. • Manage the creative catalog. Build and maintain our living reference of what our drones can do and the complexity of each achievement - co-developed with engineering, used to steer concepts toward what we can execute brilliantly. • Keep Verity top of mind. Nurture relationships over time so that when the next show is being designed, we are already in the room. Your background • 3 to 5 years in live events, show design, or entertainment technology - lighting, audio, scenography, production, or similar • A true creative instinct: you can improvise on an idea and get people excited about a direction • Comfortable in rooms filled with artists, directors, and designers - you know how to win their trust and hold your place in the conversation • Some client or business experience - you understand that relationships are the work, not a byproduct • A real curiosity for technology and what comes next, with a good level of English and the willingness to be on the road about half the time Who you are You are both sociable and driven: you enjoy the human side of this work, and you have the energy to go after opportunities rather than waiting to be invited.
