What awaits you In this responsible position, you assume overall responsibility for personnel management, from personnel administration to payroll. You lead the HR department professionally and personally, actively participate in daily operations, and continuously develop structures and processes. You support the modern and future-oriented management in all strategic and operational HR-related subjects. As a central contact person, you accompany and advise employees and managers on personnel-related issues. You ensure compliance with legal labor provisions and coordinate collaboration with external partners. Additionally, you develop relevant HR indicators and reports that serve as a decision-making basis for the management. Your profile You have a basic commercial education with additional training in human resources, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of capacity, a federal diploma, or an equivalent qualification. Even if you are currently undergoing corresponding training, we look forward to your application. Several years of professional experience in human resources as well as management experience are the basis for this function. You know Swiss labor law and personnel administration perfectly and are comfortable with HR software, preferably SwissSalary, as well as common MS Office applications. Your German language skills are proficient, additional knowledge in French or English is an asset. You work in a structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented manner.
