You are a manual multi-talent. You ensure maintenance in and around buildings and care for the outdoor areas. You mow the lawn, care for the plants, take care of cleaning, clear the snow, and dispose of waste professionally. Tasks ## • You keep buildings, outdoor, and green spaces in order. • You monitor the building technology, regulate heating, and rectify faults. • You undertake simpler repairs, masonry, painting, and carpentry work. • You replace light bulbs, door locks, as well as fuses and check electrical and water installations. • You maintain tools, equipment, and machines.
