We are now commissioned to approach an entrepreneurially minded and team-oriented personality as Team and Mandate Manager Property Management In this versatile management function, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of a medium-sized team. You report directly to the management board and are responsible for a real estate portfolio with rental properties as well as condominium ownership in cooperation with managers and administration. In addition, you chair condominium owner meetings. You competently accompany your customers throughout the entire life cycle of their real estate. Furthermore, you contribute to strategic projects. You have sound initial and further training in the real estate sector, at the level of real estate fiduciary or similar. Furthermore, you have several years of professional practice as well as initial experience in leadership. Personally, you convince with a winning appearance, a proactive way of working, and high customer and service orientation. You communicate in German with stylistic confidence and appropriate to the target group.
