Main mission(s) Prevent incivilities (nighttime noise, waste, vandalism, street harassment, etc.) by establishing benevolent contact with users of public space Prevent and/or defuse potential conflicts (noise nuisance, insecurity, conflicts of use, etc.) by meeting residents, different neighborhood actors, and users of public space Propose, depending on the situations, alternatives for conflict management (meeting, mediation) between users and residents Inform night owls about the risks incurred during massive consumption of alcohol or other psychoactive substances and direct them, if necessary, to the appropriate structures Carry out administrative work and the transmission of information necessary to the hierarchy and the rest of the team to coordinate the unit's action Profile CFC or title deemed equivalent Training in the field of mediation or non-violent conflict resolution required Proven practice in street work, management of difficult groups, or social support/proximity prevention Excellent mastery of the local Lausanne fabric and the issues of its nightlife Interpersonal ease with all types of audiences, altruism, active listening, and strong capacity for adaptation Composure, maturity, emotional control in the face of tension, and strict respect for professional ethics Strong taste for teamwork, pragmatism, flexibility, and benevolence Special conditions Clean criminal record Driving license (cat.
