What awaits you In this versatile role, you are an important interface between customers and production. You advise our customers by telephone, in writing, and personally at the trade fair site, create calculations, and independently process orders from entry through production and assembly to invoicing. An important part of your task is supporting trade fair organizers and event organizers in the areas of textiles, films for branding, lettering, as well as signage at trade fair and event grounds. This is not about classic stand construction, but about the visible design of the surroundings: orientation, labeling, advertising surfaces, textile solutions, lettering, and complementary communication measures on site. You know or will learn the needs of trade fair organizers and event locations, think in a solution-oriented manner, and support our customers in designing their events professionally, visibly, and cohesively. In doing so, you coordinate internal processes, take production processes into account, monitor deadlines, and ensure that orders are implemented cleanly and on schedule. Your profile We are addressing a reliable, resilient, and flexible personality with quick comprehension, organizational talent, and enjoyment of customer contact. You have a commercial education or further training and ideally bring practical experience in internal sales, production planning, visual communication, the event or trade fair environment, or a related field. You work in a structured manner, think in networks, and maintain an overview even when multiple projects, deadlines, and contact persons are being executed simultaneously. You are proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Since you are in direct customer contact, you have very good oral and written communication skills in German; additional French skills are an advantage.
