Engineering Project Manager (m/f) # Your missions ## • Development and industrialization of new production processes • Introduction or extension of new installations and manufacturing technologies, from evaluation to production maturity • Planning, initiation, and implementation of process optimizations • Ensuring the conditions for flawless manufacturing within the defined process • Carrying out technical and economic evaluations of processes as part of product extensions • Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and international interfaces • Continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and processes in aerospace fastener production Your profile ## • Basic technical training with additional training at FH level or comparable qualification in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, or systems technology • Knowledge in industrialization and optimization of production processes • Experience in the introduction of new installations and manufacturing technologies up to production maturity • Knowledge for technical and economic evaluations of processes • Analytical and solution-oriented working method with great autonomy • Passion for process optimization and innovative technologies • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written Our offer ## • Six weeks of leave & possibility to purchase additional leave • Annual profit sharing • Own healthy pension fund with individual savings plans • Internal training & support for external training • Space for personal responsibility and initiative • Other benefits: https://join.sfs.com/ch/de/benefits/
