Work model: Full-time 100%, on-site Type of contract: Permanent contract Desired start date: As soon as possible   Be a force for good and evolve through experiences that will make you progress As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you play a central role in the management and continuity of service of the technical CVC infrastructures of the sites, also relying on automation, electrical and sanitary skills for preventive and curative maintenance. In this position, you will collaborate with internal teams related to building maintenance and renovation projects as well as partners and support providers, to ensure the success of activities.   How you will make a difference as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist • Ensure the continuity of service of the CVC installations, by mastering these installations and having knowledge of the electrical and sanitary infrastructures of the building as well as automation. • Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance interventions (preventive/corrective) and technical shutdowns. • Manage service providers (contracts, performance monitoring, receptions) and the quality of work. • Ensure continuous improvement: analyze recurring failures, propose and deploy reliability/standardization actions. • Ensure documentary follow-up and consolidation of technical data (plans, procedures, histories, KPI) in the GMAO • Guarantee safety, compliance and risk management during interventions (SHE, consignments, work permits). • Technical on-call service     What will enable you to succeed • Proven experience in CVC building maintenance, automation and coordination of multi-technical interventions. • Maintenance planning management (preventive/corrective), use of a GMAO. • Proactive profile and proposal force. Ability to analyze, continuous improvement approach and optimization. • Mastery of SHE requirements • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergency situations on critical installations in a demanding environment • Management of service providers and contracts • Ease of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. • Demonstrate courage, collaboration, reactivity and continuous learning. • Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.     At Nestlé, we take care of our employees.
