What you bring ## Passion for the digital transformation of organizations and processes, with a realistic vision and global thinking on organization, processes, tools & people, as well as: • Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years in a leading strategy, operations, or management consulting firm or in a comparable leadership role in industry, including at least two years in a similar role in Switzerland. • In-depth knowledge in operational excellence (e.g., procurement, supply chain management, factory planning, smart factory) • Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong results orientation, personal initiative, desire to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit. • Mastery of management and C-Level interlocutors at the client - from stakeholder management to convincing presentation of results and recommendations (English/German C1 - other languages desired). • Excellent ability to work in a team, social skills, great listening and communication skills, as well as the desire to continuously develop yourself and others. • An above-average master's degree with a technical or economic specialization. • Knowledge of MBSE, AI applications, or equivalent (otherwise: we offer internal training!)
